Connecting Suriname to the world
SurShipp is an international freight forwarder and personal shopper built for Surinamese shoppers, families and businesses.
Why SurShipp exists
Shopping online from Suriname has always been harder than it should be. Most international stores will not ship here. The ones that do often quote a shipping cost higher than the product itself. And plenty of Surinamese shoppers do not hold a card that foreign checkouts will accept.
SurShipp closes that gap. Every customer gets a free forwarding address in the United States, the Netherlands and China. You shop as though you live there, ship to your SurShipp address, and we bring your package the rest of the way to Paramaribo — by air when you need it fast, by sea when you need it affordable.
What we handle
- Air freight — billed by the pound, the quickest route from Miami or Den Haag to Suriname.
- Sea freight — billed by cubic foot, the right choice for furniture, appliances and bulk orders.
- Package consolidation — several purchases combined into one shipment, so you pay to ship once.
- Personal shopping — we buy on your behalf when a store will not take your card, then forward it to you.
- Receiving and storage — we photograph, weigh and measure everything that arrives, and hold it while you decide.
Where to find us
Our office is at Zwartenhovenbrugstraat 235, Paramaribo, Suriname. We are open monday - friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (miami and suriname), and you can reach the team at info@surshipp.com.
How we work
Clear from the start
Published rates, a calculator that uses the real numbers, and an invoice that itemises every charge. No surprises when your package lands.
Genuinely international
Warehouses in Miami and Den Haag, plus sea freight out of China, mean you buy where the price is best rather than where shipping happens to be possible.
Suriname first
We are based on Zwartenhovenbrugstraat in Paramaribo. When you need help, you speak to someone who knows the country and the customs process.
Built for business too
Retailers and importers use SurShipp for consolidated sea freight, recurring orders and volume pricing alongside personal shipments.
